I sent this to my sister for her birthday. Somehow, while the packaing was intact the wine glass arrived with a broken stem. She was so disappointed. She contacted the vendor and with a minimum of fuss, they sent her a replacement. They just needed a picture of the damaged glass, thanksfully NOT the hassle of returning it to them. Excellent customer service! The glass is lovely!!
